    Hi Paul,
    After creating a block template, to find the template, open the needed page / post and click the “plus” icon, find the “Reusable” section. There you can see and add all the created block templates.

    Hi I had the same issue as the above question, I cannot see “Reusable” section

    Hi there! Most likely you have no blocks added to Reusable block. Make sure to add some blocks there first: https://prnt.sc/rus85j. Once it is done, you will have an option to add saved block from Reusable section: https://prnt.sc/rus99r.
