getting WP to view in local browser after xampplite installed

    I’m lost with trying to get wordpress to open up in my local drive using xampplite.
    They have both installed successfully. I now have xampplite up and running well. Now what? How do I get wordpress to run?
    I managed before with a test site I was trying to do but that is now broken some how and I would like to create another test site using its own folder. So it will sit here: C:\xampplite\htdocs\coastalliving
    Can someone please assist.
