Getting WP Local Time

  • Good Day, I tried to set the Timezone to Taipei but the Timezone is still on UTC? How can I set it on local time in our country I use this

    <?php echo get_post_time('g:i A', true); ?>

    Localtime of Posted Blog Post: 12:04PM
    Showing Time of Post: 4:08AM

    to show the time of post but the time showing is not correct
