Getting worse with every update

The way WordPress is going is just terrible. I am a user since the good old days. Now I struggle and spend countless hours trying to figure out how to use this. With every update it is getting worse, it started with the introduction of blocks. Very sorry to say this, and I’m still hanging in there as all of my long-time websites are created with WordPress, but the time I currently spend just to figure out the things that were so easy before is just terrible.

There’s definitely a learning curve getting started with block themes like Twenty Twenty-Three, so I put together some resources here to help folks get started with block themes and Site Editing. (Just mentioning this in case you wanted to take a peek, I understand if you’ve gone in another direction, though!)
If you prefer not to jump into Site Editing (formerly known as Full Site Editing), you’re always welcome to stick with a classic theme like Twenty Twenty-One, and things will likely look more familiar.
