@sudiksha152 I see the error in your screenshot. Can you please share your site or story URL via this form so I can troubleshoot further?

You could also try disabling all other plugins and using a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty Two to see if you are still seeing the same issue.

@sudiksha152 I see that you are using an older version of the plugin. Can you please update to Web Stories version 1.28.0 and check once more?

@luckynasan My php version is 7.2 and for latest we need 7.4 which is not supported by latest one. And also we can not change the PHPVERSION.
Can you please provide solution for this version.

@sudiksha152 Your server configuration may be causing an issue with character encoding. We recommend updating to the most recent version of the Web Stories plugin and asking your hosting provider to update your PHP version to 7.4+ to meet the plugin’s minimum PHP version requirement.
