Getting video into the 'eVid' theme featured slider

    I use the ‘elegant themes’ Evid theme for my company website.

    I’ve altered the built in featured slider so that there is no thumbnail on the right of the slider so that it shows only the images I place in there.

    However, what I want to do is be able to embed video right in the slider for people to view on the homepage. (not as a link through to a post)

    Does anyone know if this is possible? I’m a beginner with code but good at following instructions!
