Getting URL with "/?p=284" instead of post meta data on Facebook

For some reason when I go to post the latest story from our site directly into Facebook, I get our site’s URL with this tag at the end instead of the title, picture and meta description. So basically it just looks like this: “https://oooojoooo.com/?p=284” with a the actual post URL where the meta description would be. Obviously nobody is going to be enticed by that, and I can’t figure out why this is happening.

You can view the article here. I tried a few other posts from our site and they all seem to show up fine. This one also works correctly if ran through Hootsuite or Measured Voice. Just trying to solve this for people and accounts who don’t use those things. Anyone got any ideas?
