When I try to load this page which has a private calendar on it when not logged in I get an Unknown Error. When I log in, even as a subscriber, it works just fine.

I have tried going to https://paperbirdtek.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php and the https version and neither seem to be redirected (per a previous post here), I just get a blank white page. Viewing the source shows a single 0 in the upper left.

I have disabled Wordfence and had the same issue. I also have IP block country installed and have disabled it and had the same issue.

Can you point me in the right direction? I would really like to use this without having to log in all the time.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I see you get a 403 error code.

I can think of 2 causes for this:

It may be caused by a caching plugin. If you use a caching plugin, you should disable it and see if this resolves it. If it does resolve, then you can add the javascript files to the ignore list of this caching plughin.

Or you have code or a plugin that disables access to the admin-ajax.php file for users who aren’t logged in.

    Best,
    Michiel

Thank you for your reply, I did try disabling the cache and that did nothing. What I found was it was my WP-SpamShield plugin. With that disabled, it works fine, re-enable that plugin, it immediately fails.

Thanks again, and I appreciate the work you put into the plugin, very nice.
