    The error means that when the shortcode was processed, it was unsuccessful. Why it was unsuccessful is hard to know for sure. The primary reason is the id parameter in the shortcode is either missing or invalid.

    When you create a Google Form within WordPress (Dashboard > Google Forms > Add New), the new form is assigned a post id just like a regular or post has. The easiest way to see the ID your form has is to view the list of Google Forms you’ve defined (Dashboard > Google Forms) – one of the columns in the list has the shortcode syntax, including the ID, for each form you’ve defined.
