Getting two comment boxes

I turned off comments and have inserted the short code [comments_everywhere uid=uniquestring123]

then there is two comment boxes showing one on the top and one on the bottom of the article.

Im trying to make a seperate page so blogers need to regester to view comments but my idea seems not to be working.

I was hoping to do page breaks and insert your code for the comment for that post. In theory it seems it should work but its not.

I also get the same issue if I make a standard article and insert the short code.
