Getting Title name of my website twice in search engines

Let me be clear.
link:-
the title name for domain is “gujju freak”
Whenever i search for site:gujjufreak.com or related posts i get in results like for main index page title “gujjufreakgujjufreak”

I think you won’t be able to understand it properly, but search for “gujjufreak” on google and you will notice the issue.

I am using SEO yoast and using Canvas theme from Woothemes.
This problem is happening mostly for all posts. Help please.
