Getting timeout in going to settings

  • Hi, it looks like a compatibility issue with your current theme. Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen or Fifteen?

    Thanks for the suggestion. That theme works on other sites of mine with FS form but I swapped it back to twenty fifteen just to make sure but no joy. I also shut off all other plug-ins to make sure that wasn’t it. Other ideas?

    What is the difference between this site and the other sites where the plugin works?

    I left and came back to my computer after dinner and now it is working. I’m assuming a cache issue thwarted my effort to determine the fix for it. I guess between swapping the theme back and forth and shutting off the plug-ins and then turning them back on somehow fixed the problem. The one thing I forgot to do in my troubleshooting was to clear the cache. Oh well. Problem is fixed and a tip sent to the plug-in maker for a fine product. Thanks to mbrsolution for throwing out ideas to try.
