getting thumbnails the same size

It’s all the category and product pages. I can’t access my site at the moment. I’m running Shopfront and tried all the Customise options to change the thumbs; there are three starting with 1:1. The customise option doesn’t allow me to decide the size of the thumbs as other instructions I’ve read suggest they do. The site was started last Oct/Nov so it’s not an old version of Woo.

Please could you clarify if you are referring to the “Thumbnail Width” not being displayed under Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce →

If yes, kindly note that with the Storefront theme, you will not find the
Thumbnail WidthorMain Image Widthconfiguration settings as those settings are already defined by the theme. Since it’s predefined, those settings are removed from the Customizer.I don’t understand why I can’t find somewhere to start a support thread. You are able to start a new topic by navigating to the WooCommerce Support forum, and clicking on
Create Topic, as seen in the screenshot below:

The thing is that a lot of support answers say you can adjust the dimensions through Customise which is not true.
As mentioned previously, the Storefront theme defines these settings which is why they are not being displayed. These changes occurred in the WooCommerce version 3.3 update,?as mentioned here, to allow themes to declare image sizes.
Even if I select the ‘square’ option in Customise the pictures don’t change they look the same
We recommend a minimum size of 800 x 800 pixels, in width, and height. This renders well for the main/featured image, catalog image, and thumbnail image.
I added your exact images to my staging site to test this, and here are my results:

Edited image size (800×800 for Herbs E-F and 200×200 for Herbs D):
After changing the image sizes to one recommended, the changes were applied when editing this in the Customizer (1:1, Custom, Uncropped).
I would suggest resizing your images to the recommended size and see if it applies the changes made in the Customizer. You can read more about this here.
So, it seems that one has to hassle and add questions wherever one can until someone sends you the link to the page where you can add topics. That’s not really an effective nor intuitive navigation system.
