Getting this error

    Hi guys,

    We have been using this plugin since many months but recently our developers told us that the plugin is causing issue while placing an order on the website.

    Any idea how we can fix this?

    Hello again @thunderheaddd ,

    Our team has checked and it seems we can’t find any user ID as 63000008 when orders are created. Could you check if recently you’ve adjusted order’s info when it’s created? If yes, or you are using another plugin for that step, could you let me know more?
