  • Hi @mwvdh,

Sorry for getting back to you late, We believe This issue has been resolved in the release branch on GitHub. You may use that link to download a copy of the updated plugin and update it manually on your site. It would be great if you could verify whether or not it fixes your problem.?

Unfortunately it hasn’t been solved. The error remains. On top of that now e-mails are not sent anymore.

That’s interesting, ok so after updating did you make sure to clear out any caching / CDN services you have in place in WordPress or on the server? Also in your browser..??

I’ve tried it in our test environment and we don’t have caching / CDN services there. I refreshed my browser met cmd R.

@mwvdh, Can you check your PHP error logs to see if it shows any errors/notices regarding anything about sending mail?

There are no errors about sending mail in the error log.

Okay, well that’s strange too then. Are you able to temporarily switch to one of the basic Twenty themes to see if that issue goes away? I’m curious if you have a theme conflict. If you can, it would also be good to disable other plugins temporarily just to be sure there isn’t a plugin conflict. If it does work correctly that way, then you could re-activate one-by-one until the problem comes back to find the culprit. At that point, we could see if there’s something we can do to fix it or if it’s something in the 3rd party plugin.

If you don’t have any theme or plugin conflicts then we’ll need to work more directly with you on troubleshooting this. For that please submit a ticket here.
