Getting There

Just what I was looking for and based on functionality alone, it is probably the best chat bat I’ve come across. The knowledge base is a great feature, allowing customers to find the information they require 24/7. There are still teething problems with the email feature and button link feature being slightly temperamental. However, after seeking help from Max I received a quick response with advice. I’m sure these issues will be ironed out in the official release, which I look forward to.
