Getting syntax error after trying to activate the plugin

Hi guys,
After I’ve uploaded the plugin and tried the activate it I got this error
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/tesvor/public_html/chernomorec/wp-content/plugins/surveys-by-ignitefeedback/ignitefeedback.php on line 106
Any thoughts?
