Getting support emails from people who are looking for WordPress support

See a pattern here? It’s not that you did that once or twice, this is something you’ve been doing for over a year. And that’s fine but the problem you have is search engine results.

Thanks for the great support but please lose the signature. That’s prohibited in these forums as it’s been horribly abused in the past by others.

Yes that is correct, but the main reason in this case is the title of the forum topic that is indexed by the search engine of www.remarpro.com and popups when you type ‘contact support‘ and is the first result. The other support topics on our forum do not popup on those keywords and that makes the difference.
