Getting support before purchase

Hi

I have sent several queries throughout the contact form and through the chat on the website, and only received one reply. I replied to that asking some other questions as well as hoping to get some answers to ones not yet answered, again no reply.

I do want to purcahse this however considering the cost I would like to know what kind of support is there (if any)!!.
