Getting Stuck and Updates and site mishaps

I’ve been having this problem for a while. Fed up with it now. When I try to update it just gets stuck on the installing update screen. Trying to install a theme it gets stuck too. Anybody have any idea how to fix it, or “rebuild” my blog to kickstart it back?
