• Hello, I think I set your plugin up correctly. At first it got a great score in Speed Page, but now I get this:

Error: Lighthouse returned error: ERRORED_DOCUMENT_REQUEST. Lighthouse was unable to reliably load the page you requested. Make sure you are testing the correct URL and that the server is properly responding to all requests. (Status code: 500)

In Site Kit, I’m getting green good score for my computer, but very poor for mobile. Do you have any conflicts with plugins, or can give me any suggestions? Thank you.

We inspected your site in the lighthouse and didn’t see any 500 errors over there.

Can you please enable mobile redirection? so that it will increase the speed on mobile devices.

    Thanks for your fast reply!

I guess I’m wrong – it doesn’t need the amp/ on the end, even though Speed Page found it. When I use it plain, it finds it, although slow.

Can you please tell me where to enable it, anyway? In your plugin, or should I get an additional one?

From your WordPress dashboard, go to your sidebar. Head on over to the AMP option panel -> Click on Settings -> Advance Settings -> Turn ON Mobile Redirection and then click on the “Save Changes” button.

Thank you – that was easy. I enabled it last night, but this morning I got an email from Google that they got a 500 error from my page. I just resubmitted it, as maybe turning it on takes a little while.

It’s still very slow on mobile – under 50 – while desktop is 90.

I’ll let you know if Google clears it this time.

It still says error 500. I’ve tested it on 3 different test sites, and it also says same in Site Kit. Google failed it again. I’ve purged cache. I don’t know what else I can do.

Here is the latest test. https://webpagetest.org/result/210406_AiDc54_c359686361da51fe0394e23b027b6560/3/screen_shot/#step_1

The issue might occur due to the conflict with the other plugins. Can you please check it once by deactivating the plugins on your site and let us know back if it still persists?
