Lets starts with #1. None of the rooms display. Are your Room Containers set to “Public?”. Make sure that’s checked first.

Thank you! I missed that step altogether. I didn’t read the information carefully and assumed that could skip that step as none of my rooms combined to make one space. Now the rooms and their attributes all display.

However, when I select a room and then agree to the policies (which also displays rather nicely), I then get a 404. So there must be something else I am missing.

I haven’t activated the events calendar plugin. I’d like to use the calendar so patrons can access it when selecting a date they’d like to reserve a room, but I am afraid it will cause a conflict with the events calendar I have activated already (Event Organizer). Can you say more about how your calendar works and if this is a real concern or not?

The event calendar plugin part ONLY works with Book a Room. It’s actually an integral part of the whole plugin, but it was made separate so it could be hosted on another subdomain. We have meetings.heightslibrary.org and events.heightslibrary.org, but you do not have to run these on separate servers. They only work with their own tables so they won’t interfere with other plugin data.

What is the URL that is giving you the 404?

Hi, everyone, I am new here. I just create a room reservation WP page for the school using the plugin “Book a Room”.

Everything looks ok, excepts when I click on the “Reserve” link, it goes to the default post page. The link suppose to bring us to the room reserve page. I wonder what I did wrong when I created the “room reservation” page.

Any help from you guys? Anyway, WP seems to have more plugins than the Joomla I have been using for school project.
