Great intro video Jason, but not all the dots are connected ??

Following your video I can create the two pages and multiple paypal button. This allows people to play, but I don’t see anyway to get people to register and choose a membership level.

I need users to provide address on registering and I can amend the /wp-login.php?action=register page to include the details needed. But I missing the one piece of the puzzle how membership options connects to registration.
