Getting Started

Sorry for this low level question, but after printing and reading a bunch of the WP documentation, I still don’t know how to get started. WP has been downloaded into my Just Host website.

In the simpliest terms, what do you do to get started from this point! I have created a basic design structure and would like to create a landing/home page as my first step.
