Getting spam through Job Manager

Ever since I installed Job Manager on a customer’s site (about 6 weeks ago) he has been complaining constantly of spam. I’ve enabled Captcha on the application form, I’ve enabled the honeypot spam trap (whatever that is), I’ve enabled SpamAssassin with tighter controls on the server, and still he’s getting a few “XXX-rated” spams per day. Is there anything else I can do? Am I missing something, or is this just the downside of having a form online?
