Getting Spam Emails from a form no longer live on my site.

I currently am receiving a spam email through a form that i no longer have on my site. Here is how the scenario played out. We originally had the page live with the form. We began to get the spam email. I increased the validation of the form to require certain characters of a phone number. The spam email would always submit 123-456. My changes had no effect however. I removed the form entirely and I am still receiving the spam. I can’t block the IP because it changes every time.
My theory is that this bot has somehow cached the page and its referenced scripts to achieve a recurring submission. The question is, how do i stop it? Any help and support would be great! I’m willing to answer any questions i can.
