Getting Some Error Message During Checkout

    Hello Nilesh,

    I have just installed your plugin and configured it with the CCAvenue Credentials. But it is giving me the following error after the user is redirected to their payment page.

    —
    Error Code: 31002 Invalid Parameter.
    Don’t worry… It happens to the best of us.
    —

    Could you tell me why I am getting such error? Is it something for the plugin or do I have to ask for CCAvenue support?

    Thanks for using my plugin !!

    As I can see this error is coming on ccavenue end and you can check the below screen shot to see the reason why it is occur :-
