Getting Session start error

    Hello there,

    Recently we created new droplet and moves all wordpress files in that droplet via FTP through we don’t use any cpanel.

    After moving files we getting session error please check below

    1) Warning: session_start(): open(/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php72/sess_a3o3sk8v35kc0ocnoktcgj9788, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/custom-sidebars/inc/external/wpmu-lib/inc/class-thelib.php on line 145

    2) Warning: session_start(): Failed to read session data: files (path: /var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php72) in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/custom-sidebars/inc/external/wpmu-lib/inc/class-thelib.php on line 145

    How to solve this problem ?

    Hi,
    PHP sessions are not properly configured on your server and don’t work. It’s probably an issue with folder privileges where temporary PHP session files are kept, but that’s just an educated guess. You’ll have to contact somebody to help you configure the new droplet.
