Getting ServiceWorker Registration Failed Error

while this plugin was working perfectly. I am getting this error lately in the console log

superpwa-amp-sw.js:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'
register-sw.js:1 Registration failed with TypeError: Failed to register a ServiceWorker for scope ('https://www.mydomain.com/') with script ('https://www.mydomain.com/superpwa-amp-sw.js'): ServiceWorker script evaluation failed

Currently using WP: 5.8.3 (security update)

Need some suggestions
