Getting Server Error – Spam FIrewall

    Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/myserver/public_html/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall/lib/SpbcScannerH.php on line 232

    My website will not come up at all. I had to temporarily rename the plugin (removing the plugin) for the website to function.

    After about 5 minutes, I turned the plugin back on and it works again.

    I am using wordpress 4.9.4.
    I have plugin version 5.91.

    Hello,

    It’s not about Antispam by CleanTalk, it’s about Security by CleanTalk. There is nothing connected with SpamFireWall.

    I think that you have high loaded website. The error occurs when Security was making heuristic test on unknown core files or plugins in background mode. Memory cap in 128 Mb is good but when we tried to allocate 10 Mb it goes down. 10 isn’t a lot for a Security solution.

    I recommend you to increase memory limit. Contact your hoster to perform that.
