Getting Rid of White Space in Septera Theme

Hello. I am using the Septera Version: 1.5.0 for my website. I can’t seem to figure out how to move the text “The San Diego Mobile Notary” closer to the header information, so there is not so much white space? I tried different things, but to no avail! Does anyone know how I can do this in Septera? I’ve attached a picture of the page involved and what plug ins I used. Thank You a bunch!
