    Yoast’s AI FAQ says:

How do I disable or enable the AI features?

The AI features are turned on by default after the Yoast SEO 21.6 update. You can disable the feature by going to your WordPress backend and navigating to Yoast SEO > Settings > Site features. Look for the AI features block and switch the toggle next to Enable feature to turn it off. If you want to enable the feature again, switch the toggle to turn it on.

Because I’m not a premium user, I don’t have access to the AI Features setting. Nevertheless, I’m still seeing “Use AI” buttons on my SEO Title and Meta Description fields when I write a post. I’d like to know how to make these buttons go away without having to sign up for Yoast Premium.

    Hi @anjiaoshi

Right now, there is no such settings to hide the Use AI button when you are only using the free version of Yoast SEO.

Thank you for suggesting a new feature for one of our plugins! You’re the first to have requested this feature! That means a feature request has been created internally and is under review by our product team.

Our product team will assess the feature request and assign a priority level to the report. Our developers work on the highest priority issues first. We cannot give you an estimate of when or if they’ll start working on the request.

If you have any further information that may affect the prioritization, please feel invited to reply to this forum topic, and we’ll share the information with our product team.
