Getting rid of the "Home" tab

I am trying as hard as I can to get rid of the “Home” tab on my site and have no idea how to use css or do any of this.

I’ve read some forum posts and can’t figure it out. I have no idea how to edit a header .php.

I am using the “Chunk” theme.

Just want to get rid of that tab.
