Getting Rid of my WordPress Splash Page

Hi helpful forum dwellers!

Total noob here. Not sure if this is something you can help me with without having access to my dashboard, but here it goes:

My student union’s website, busrc.com, has an outdated splash page that appears every time the homepage is loaded. After a few seconds, the user gets redirected to busrc.com/wp, the actual homepage. I’ve tried looking through my Pages and I can’t find where this splash page is coming from. Any idea how I can remove this page or instantly redirect users to busrc.com/wp?
