Getting rid of infected files

    I am not a geek and I have less than 24 hours to get rid of some infected files. Can someone help me, please??

    My site is hosted on startlogic.com.
    The infected files are theme-related (my theme is a customised 2010 theme) so I don’t know why there are files related to other themes there, but does that mean I can delete them without affecting my site??. The files are:

    /public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyten/functions.php: LONGDEF.PHP.Spam-Links-009N.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
    /public_html/wp-content/themes/twentytwelve/functions.php: LONGDEF.PHP.Spam-Links-009N.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
    /public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/functions.php: LONGDEF.PHP.Spam-Links-009N.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
    /public_html/wp-content/themes/gss/functions.php: LONGDEF.PHP.Spam-Links-009N.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
    /public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen/functions.php: LONGDEF.PHP.Spam-Links-009N.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
    /public_html/wp-content/themes/twentythirteen/functions.php: LONGDEF.PHP.Spam-Links-009N.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
    /public_html/wp-content/themes/bizkit/functions.php: LONGDEF.PHP.Spam-Links-009N.UNOFFICIAL FOUND

    Thanks for those websites. I took a deep breath and looked at the directories these files were in to find that each of them popped into the directories yesterday, so I reckon deleting them won’t affect the site. I’ve just upgraded my protection with Startlogic and given them the go-ahead to remove the files. I just hope the site looks as it should tomorrow. If not, I’ll be onto those websites in search of a WordPress expert.
