• I have a valid, paid license not 6 months old for Ultimate Membership Pro and your support ticket request form will NOT let me file a support request, rejecting it due to an ‘invalid purchase code’ – as suggested, I have indeed typed the code in by had instead of pasting and it is still rejected. Sorry to say that you guys just make it too hard to get support. I’d appreciate it if someone in your firm would contact me via email and tell me how to open a support ticket without being rejected for an ‘invalid support code’ – right now, my assessment of WPIndeed support is not flattering at all.
