Getting random to not be fixed.

Hi is there a way to get the random shapes of the images to stick, and not being random anymore, so the width and height is accordingly to one of the randoms, but wont be any more random.. I’ve tried with editing image settings, but can only find it by doing Random, else its just 4 equal sized pictures.
