Getting plugins to work in comment-popup

I am trying to get Owen Winkler’s quicktags plugin and Live Comments Preview (By Jeff Minard & Iacovos Constantinou) to work in the comments-popup.php window. They work fine on the single page, but don’t show up at all in the popup window. Any suggestions?
