    What O/S is your web host running? What are you using for a webserver? What version of PHP? Apache? SQL? WordPress? What are you using for a web browser? Is there nothing on WP menu? You are on the back end (WP Dashboard for the Librarian account, right? Can you post a screen shot?

    Are you using WooCommerce? You need to update to the latest version of both WooComerce and WebLibrarian.
