It would be better to understand your query with the help of some edited screenshots of the concerned areas of your site also share your website url.

I think I figured out the issue. Apparently and not sure how, I didn’t have the Karma theme installed but only noticed I had the Karma Child theme. Can’t imagine how that happened or how the site worked without the original theme.

Might have deleted it in error…Seems to be working OK now.
