Getting people with the same number of voucher

So people have been coming to be with the same number but different names, when I check the cvs file they are in fact the right voucher and in the cvs it have 5 people that are printed out “free50” and a few people printed out “free37”.
Is there a setting I messed or how can this be fixed?
