Getting Parse error: syntax error,

    I am getting this error..

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home2/ameeshah/public_html/wp-content/themes/minimalist/functions.php on line 44

    After I pasted a code in my theme ‘minimilist’ sidebar functions folder.
    I cannot get into my dashboard or my site.
    How do I fix this…Thank you

  • you need to upload the original or previously working function.php file via FTP to the theme directory.

    The code you pasted contains some PHP error – missing ) or }

    Thank you, went into my file manager, and fixed the code under my theme folder.
    I appreciate the help!
