Getting odd message after someone completes registration

  • Hi,

    We have had two people who have told us of this phenomenon. I would believe it’s happening every time, but I’m not sure. We have low membership and low activity, so it’s hard to say.

    Here is the odd message that pops up after someone completes their profile. Their settings are saved fine and their membership is fine.

    Can you please help with why this is happening?

    Hi, can you verify that the MailChimp list name added in Simple Membership does exist and is accessible?

    Which version of the Simple Membership plugin are your running? And which version of the MailChimp integration addon are you running?
