Getting nothing when i try to use plugin

    Hi

    Ive installed the plugin. When I try to open it, nothing loads. Clicked MAPS, Settings and Support. Nothing.

    Ive deleted it and reinstalled and deleted the files and reinstalled (in case of corruption) with no luck. Can you please advise.

    This sounds very much like a PHP error of some kind, could we please ask you to enable debug logging, refresh any of those pages, and let us know if there are any relevant error messages in your log?

    Alternatively, if sharing access to this site is permissible and you’d prefer us to carry that out, please could I ask you to open a ticket to share your details in confidence.
