Getting nothing… only shortcode showing up…

I just took an old install of wordpress and about 15 plugins needing to be updated.

I deactivated all of them, updated wordpress to 3.6.1 and installed the front-end uploader on the 2013 default theme.

I’m only getting the shortcode.

Any words of wisdom?
