getting new configuration error message, can’t dismiss

Since a recent update, we’re seeing a configuration error message in the admin:
“Configuration error detected by PW WooCommerce Gift Cards
Your PayPal payment gateway is incorrectly configured.”First of all, this is not true in our case. I don’t know what you’ve seen, but in our experience, the payment gateway is quite capable of ignoring duplicate data from PayPal. We’ve had it configured like this for years with no problems.
It’s making my client nervous but it can’t be dismissed. Is there some way to turn this notice off?
