Hello. I have a domain already on www.remarpro.com, and I would like to add a subdomain as well. I want them to have different dashboards, themes, plugins, etc. Basically a site within my site. (I’m guessing that’s why it’s called a subdomain.haha.)

I’m using bluehost and have already created the subdomain, but I don’t know how to start a www.remarpro.com site with it. My original website is already done and on www.remarpro.com. Thanks for the help!

    hi there

First thing is first, you site isn’t on www.remarpro.com, instead you have wordpress installed on your site, but don’t worry its a common mistake and I know what you mean ??

there is several ways to do this. The first is install wordpress again in your subdomain and the second is multi-site. But if your not used to editing core files, etc. and you are not planning on creating a lot of sub sites then multi-site probably isnt the way you want to go for now.

so to install wordpress on your subdomain do the following:

    • Navigate to the MOJO Marketplace section inside cPanel.
    • Click the One-Click Installs icon.
    • Choose WordPress.
    • Click the Start button.
    • Choose the domain name to install it to. In the field next to the domain, you will need to enter the name on the sub folder that your sub domain points to.
    • If necessary, you can edit the email address, username and password for the new WordPress installation. Click “advanced options” and you can change those settings.
    • Select the Install Now button.

if you have any problems let me know ??

others please note these instructions are not universal and will be different per hosting provider. These instructions or specifically for Bluehost
