Getting multiple email notification on same redirects

    Hi, I installed 404to301 some days ago and everything went well. Same day some emails came in stating that the plugin handles requests and that the redirect is ready (“no more 404”).

    But: At each request to an allready handled URL there is a new email sent.

    Example:

    I’m getting 4 emails that a redirect is created. I expect 2 (each for the first entry of an URL) and then only a logfile entry. From my point of view it only makes sense to get an email on new 404. If sent by each attempt to an existing redirect it will get too much to handle and the information gets worthless.

    Maybe I have a different expection to the funktion but this will lead to disable email notification. Hope my description is understandable. If there are any questions please feel free to ask.

    Environment: Windows Server 2016, IIS10, all updates (System, PHP, WordPress, MySQL)
