    Dear team,
This is the ecommerce website, the theme i used is martfury. This theme has a special view in mobile, which the header will be little different and the buy now button is sticky. Just now i installed your plugin and i done all the required settings. To check it, i opened website in my mobile. It works great. After that i opened i desktop, surprisingly i am getting the same mobile view in my desktop. I viewed two pages in mobile and that two pages are displaying same as mobile in my desktop (like buynow button sticky and different header). Instead of this two pages which i saw in my mobile, all other pages are displaying perfectly. So i opened my website one more time. When i see in my mobile, instead of 2 pages, all other pages are showing like a desktop view. I think when i first open a website in mobile, it caches that page in a mobile view and if i firstly open a page in a desktop, it caches the desktop view and display the cached pages in all devices. So this may critical for you to understand. But its an issue should be resolved.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi team,

Same thing happened to my woocommerce site and I am using Divi theme.

I have had to deactivate the plugin. The desktop is displaying mobile view.

Looking for v 0.9.7 plugin to reload to the site. Any way to provide that version of the plugin now?

    Thank you.

I have found v0.9.7 version in repository. Problem solved for the time being.

Hope the issue gets resolved soon. Thanks for the awesome plugin.

    Hello,

Go to Performance>User Agent Groups. There you can create a group of user agents by specifying names in the user agents field. Assign a set of user agents to use a specific theme, redirect them to another domain or if an existing mobile plugin is active, create user agent groups to ensure that a unique cache is created for each user agent group. Drag and drop groups into order (if needed) to determine their priority (top -> down).
So, enable the User Agent Groups, leave the Theme: on Pass-through as you are not using AMP.

Thanks for replying Marko but I don’t understand any of what you are saying.

I have a special view for mobile product carousel of 1 product whilst the desktop view has carousel of 3 products. After updating the plugin, I now see 1 enormous product instead of 3 displayed on desktop view and I did not open the mobile to view the site. No changes were made in the theme.

    Hello,

User Agent Groups is used to ensure that a unique cache is created for each user agent group. SO you will be seeing unique cached pages for mobile and Desktop as you should.
