Getting Messages 4 Times

  • Recently, I also noticed the same form being submitted several consecutive times by the same people.

    Meaning, someone clicked ‘Submit’ 3 times in a row and now my inbox has 3 identical messages.

    It seems during the submission process, the submit button isn’t being disabled. Yikes!

    How to fix?

    The button keeps getting clicked because (as they’re telling me) that it’s not saying sent until the 3rd or 4th click. I haven’t had time to test it yet.

    Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.

    Problems are likely due to a Javascript conflict with either your current WordPress theme or one of the other plugins you are using – see Contact Form 7 Email Issues – there is a link there that covers Javascript Conflicts.
